I received my first 2 scratching posts yesterday and I could not be happier. The construction is beyond my expectations and I can see these lasting a lifetime. My cats took to them right away and have been all over them since I took them out of the box. What I love most of all is the "look." Carpeted scratchers always pill and leave carpet all over. After awhile they become tattered and dirty looking. Your scratchers are made of pretty wood and they are more like a little piece of kitty furniture that will not turn into a hairy, torn up mess after several months. I love what you have done!! I can not wait to get the scratching tree that I ordered. There is nothing I love more than watching my cats get all ramped up and play and your tree will certainly contribute to the entertainment.
Keep up with the great product!! I love having an alternate to carpet.

I feel this e-mail is long overdue but wanted to take a moment to provide you feedback on your products. Prior to owning your cat trees, I supplied my cats with the traditional carpeted trees. As a result I found my cats not only scratching on their carpeted posts but also my carpet, which over time and much to my frustration, caused significant damage.
Your trees and scratchers were the answer to my prayers. I ordered 2 "Incline Scratchers with Birch Post" and 1 "Medium Cat Tree" back in October. I received my items and can not say enough great things about them.
First, the medium tree had to be assembled. Initially I took one look and thought "I am mechanically challenged and will never get this thing together." I was wrong. Your step by step instructions, attention to detail and quite frankly your craftsmanship made it such that I had a perfectly standing tree within 30 minutes. It was simple and easy to put together and it stands beautifully.
Second, I was stunned at how quickly my cats (I have 4) took to using them for their scratching purposes. I followed your recommendations for attracting them to it and my biggest carpet scratching offender took to it immediately. Since converting, he has not scratched on the carpet at all and I could not be happier. This is a dream come true.
Third, the trees are aesthetically pleasing. They are beautiful pieces and get such wonderful compliments. In addition they don't leave behind any mess. Traditional carpeted scratcher fall apart and leave carpet pieces all over the place and they get hairy and gross. Your product alleviates all of those issues.
I just love what you have done and can not say enough good things. I hope for your continued success and will be back for more should the need arise. Although with the sturdiness and quality it may be a long time before I have a need for anything else. :)

I received my large tree yesterday and put it together last night. It looks great and Mia is busy jumping from one tree to the other. She tried to “climb” her new tree and then realized that it’s too slippery. She loves to scratch on the sisal scratching post (it’s her first sisal one). I have attached a picture of Mia on top of her old tree with her new tree beside her. I thought you might like to see it. She was on the second from the top platform last night laying down with her front arms folded and taking a nap. I went into my bedroom to get my cell-phone to take a picture, but of course she moved when I came back into the room.
I just wanted to give you an update and tell you that you do beautiful work.
